Mag. Maja Dragan

FH Joanneum, Graz, Austria

Maja Dragan is an educational researcher at FH JOANNEUM (Austria) and an international expert in Dual Higher Education, work-based learning, and university–industry cooperation. With more than 20 years of experience in education, including leadership roles in adult education and extensive involvement in European projects, she has contributed to the development and implementation of dual study programs across Europe and beyond. She has served as researcher, project coordinator, and quality assurance expert in numerous Erasmus+ initiatives supporting dual higher education in countries such as Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Albania, and Montenegro. As a member of the development team of the EU4DUAL European University Alliance and an EURASHE expert and Co-Lead of the Skills Community of Practice, she actively contributes to discussions on the future of Higher Education and skills development at the European level, promoting innovative learning pathways that strengthen graduate employability and foster closer links between higher education and the world of work.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasan Sözen

University of Ordu, Türkiye

Dr. Hasan Sözen is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Sport Sciences, Ordu University, Türkiye. His research focuses on sport and exercise physiology, physical fitness, neuromuscular function, and fatigue. He has conducted research projects and published academic studies in these fields, with a particular interest in the physiological and neuromuscular responses to exercise and sport performance. Dr. Sözen has also contributed to international research collaborations and has served as an academic visitor in biomedical sciences at the University of Milan, Italy, and the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

Assoc. Prof. Žiga Emeršič

University of Ljubljana, Slovenia

Dr. Žiga Emeršič graduated from the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana, where he also holds the position of an assistant professor. His research interests include generative AI, deep learning and biometrics, which intersect with his teaching areas. Currently he is mentoring three PhD students. He has co-authored more than 60 research papers and received multiple awards for teaching and research, including the 2021 European Association for Biometrics Max Snijder Award. He is currently the Deputy Lead of an EU Horizon project, OnMoveID and is serving as a Associate Editor of ICT Express.
