Group study visit on Empowering International Researchers – From Arrival to Career Success

This study visit is designed to give participants a firsthand look at how RWTH Aachen University supports international researchers. Attendees will dive into the services of the Welcome Centre, which eases researchers' transitions to life in Aachen, and discover RWTH’s dynamic innovation ecosystem through visits to the RWTH Startup Centre and Collective Incubator. The program also highlights the Centre for Young Academics, which supports career growth for both academic and non-academic trajectories. Over three days, participants will gain exclusive insights and forge valuable connections at one of Europe’s leading research institutions.
